Candida is a malady that afflicts a lot of people, but many of them don’t recognize the symptoms. For example, a bloated, gassy intestine might seem like it started from eating beans the night before. Or, some people might think that it resulted from eating spicy food. People who suffer from low energy or fatigue might just think that it is a result of lack of sleep or stress. Oftentimes, these symptoms are a manifestation of Candida. There is hope because there are ways of curing Candida. The results will astound you.
The first step in curing Candida is to clean out your system. It’s amazing when you think about all of the years you spend eating food. Most people don’t think about “you are what you eat.” It is a fact the majority of people take in more toxins than they expel. Think about it … fast foods, beer, ice cream, soda, high sugar content cereal, pancakes and waffles.
The second step is to introduce specific supplements to get rid of the yeast and Candida that’s been building up in your body over time. It’s important to note that these supplements are meant to create a renewed immune system, so that your body can eliminate the overgrowth and allow you to absorb the right nutrients back into system.
How do you go about cleaning out your system for curing Candida? There are a number of detoxification techniques and solutions on the market. These solutions range from mild to “full flush.” Some are meant to be taken on a regular basis even to ensure you get rid of the toxins on a regular basis. Most holistic food centers and even some general supermarkets carry detoxification solutions.
Keep in mind that most people will not want to use the “super strength” or “fast flush” methods. It seems to abrupt. I recommend going with a mild detox solution, such as tea or liquid format. This way you can get a feel for how it works and it will be mild enough that you will gradually feel the results. From the detox process alone, you’ll start to feel better … for example, less bloating and gassy feeling.
The next step of introducing supplements is when things really get interesting. It includes adding foods into your diet with health organisms. One of the easiest and well known food sources comes from yogurt. It includes acidophilus. Acidophilus has billions of live bacteria that counterbalance the Candida and yeast infections. As best you can, make sure to buy “unsweetened” yogurt. Otherwise, you’ll be re-introducing more sugar back into your body, which the number one ingredient that yeast and Candida thrive on.
Some other simple methods to curing Candida are to starve it “suffocate” it with oxygen. Yes, Candida thrives on a lack of oxygen, oddly enough. So, if your Candida is in full bloom on your skin, the best thing you can do is to wear cotton underwear and loose clothing.
